• How do I change the field size for an existing element?
Click on the element to bring up its attributes and then modify the field size before saving your changes.

• How do I add a sub-element to a an existing element?
Click on the element to highlight it and then click the sub-element option in the task bar.

• How do I define binary data when constructing test data?
When defining the element or sub element, choose field format: Binary. Data keyed into this field will automatically be converted to binary when saving the test data

• How do I look at the raw data when constructing test messages?
From the menu option click the Utils option and then select the Hex Dump sub option.

• How do I change the editor modes between ISO8583 and APACS?
Click the Mode drop-down list box and select which mode you require.

• How do I add a Scheme network header for VISA or TSYS?
In the acquirer simulator, click the Formatting Options tab and from there select they type of header you wish your message to be proceeded with.
• How do I switch between saved definitions?
The simulators come with the ability to save any config, simply select the config you require from the drop down list at the top right hand corner.
• How do I transmit multiple messages all at once for performance testing?
In the data transfer tab, simply load up as many messages as you require and either select the button to send one at a time or all together
• How do I change the TCP/IP length parameter?
In the formatting options tab you can select the TCP/IP length field. NOTE this must be set before an connection is made.
