The Board of Directors consist of:
Mario Toouli - Chief Executive Officer and founder of Proteros Data Systems. Prior to setting-up Proteros, Mario had worked for First Data where, in 2003, was responsible for the redesign and testing of First Data's acquiring system for UK Domestic Maestro. Mario is a graduate with an honours degree in Computer Studies and has worked in all areas of software design, development and testing, predominantly in the finance and banking sector for companies such as HSBC, Barclays and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Martin Heptinstall - Company Secretary. Martin brings his knowledge of financial services software applications to the executive team of Proteros. Martin has previously worked for Royal & Sun Alliance and the Co-operative Insurance Society, where he was responsible for managing software teams. His contribution to the company includes experience in card management applications for large payment institutions.
Jeffrey Watkins - Head of Research and Development. Jeff is a Computer Science graduate who has worked in the computing industry for over 25 years. His area of expertise is Microsoft Software Development and has a wide range of experience in all areas of the development life-cycle. He has gained experience in several large payment and consultancy organisations including Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, Reuters, First Data International and Cedel International. He brings an enormous wealth of software and payment card experience to the team..
Scott Yearsley - Head of Product Development. Scott's background in Microsoft platforms and their application in authorisation systems, data warehousing and call centre applications for major institutions provides Proteros with complementary skills. Scott brings a good background in corporate legacy systems and their migration to newer and more flexible platforms.
